Mission Statement

The Penobscot Regional Communication Center serves as an enhances 911 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) and Dispatch Center providing a critical communications link between the Emergency Services personnel (Police, Fire, and Ambulance) and the citizens of Penobscot County. We will carry out our mission providing the highest level of customer service possible, utilizing the care values of Integrity, Compassion, Professionalism and Team Spirit.
